After remediating my medical-surgical adaptive assessment, I once again noticed that I was not taking enough time to go over the questions and the options presented to me. I also noticed that I had changed my answers quite frequently. In the future I will make sure I fully read both the question and options before I submit my answer. By the end of the semester I will not change my answers and take more time on the assessments in order to thoroughly think about the what is being asked.
