After doing the remediations for this assessment, I realized that I did not take nearly enough time as I should have. However, it was somewhat difficult after having such a long day to stay focused and motivated during this assessment. When I was doing the remediations I also realized how many questions I changed my answer on. I should follow my instincts when answering questions because I know the information. Before I take the NCLEX I plan to do practice assessments where I will take my time and not change my answers for the best result.
