Throughout this project I was lucky enough to work with a great team. We were able to work together in order to share information that would impact oncology patients that were at risk for infection. After gathering information we were able to put together a pamphlet that would have information regarding decreasing infection in oncology patients that would be simple enough for the general population to understand. After going through the steps of this project I was able to understand the importance of the research that goes on in healthcare and the impact it can have on both healthcare providers and patients. As a team we worked hard to keep each other accountable by having frequent meetings in order to perfect our project.
